Previously she worked has Manager Business Banking at CRDB BAGAMOYO. She  also  served  has  ACCOUNT  MANAGER   SME  at   CRDB  PUGU   ROAD, She  also  served  has  CREDIT  OFFICER   at  CRDB  MTWARA  BRANCH.

She  has  Masters  of   Business  Administration  in  Finance  (MBA) at   University of   Dar  es   Salaam (UDBS).Higher  Diploma  in  Banking at  Milpark  University   South  Africa. Bachelor  of  Science  in  Agricultural  Economics  and  Agribusiness’  at  Sokoine   University  of    Agriculture

Beatrice  Frank Chao is a native of Tanzania mainland and has lived in Dar es Salaam,  since 1999. Since 2010, Beatrice has been a Road Licensing and Monitoring Officer in Surface and Marine Transport Regulatory Authority (SUMATRA) responsible for issuing and monitoring of passenger and public carrier vehicle transport license. Her background and focus on community collaboration has led her to find exit opportunities for the community through Serene Microfinance Company. Beatrice received her Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Transport Management at the National Institute of Transport (NIT) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Shipping and Ports Management
