s a salary-based loan designed for employees whose employers have not entered into an agreement with Serene Microfinance Ltd, allowing them to borrow funds for personal use

(b) Permanent/ contract employees of any reputable private sectors and Government sector
(c) He or she should not be under probation. The loan repayment is to be restricted for the remaining period of the contract.
(d) Serene Microfinance Ltd should get direct credit from the employer
